Report Designs
Classic report for health checkups
The core CLASSIC report design consists of a patient summary page, a results template displaying up to eight parameters per page, and a professional summary section, as commonly used for laboratory test packages. A dedicated doctor’s notes page can be included to add clinical comments and personalized recommendations directly within the report. In addition, algorithm-driven, personalized lifestyle recommendations can be integrated to further support patient understanding and engagement. Beyond the CLASSIC format, LabToWellness offers more specialized report templates, including designs focused on heart disease risk, diabetes risk, and a wide range of other applications, depending on customer requirements. Additional dynamic and static custom pages can be developed as needed to support specific services, workflows, or branding requirements.
Vibrant report for health checkup
LabToWellness has also developed a more colorful report design called VIBRANT. This design introduces section header pages with visual elements and the option to include short introductory content for each section. Sections can be structured around organs, technologies, or other thematic groupings, depending on client preferences. The VIBRANT design is optimized for on-screen reading and digital consumption, while retaining the same core structure and flexibility as the CLASSIC health checkup report design. All existing options—such as customizable templates, professional summaries, doctor’s notes, and personalized lifestyle recommendations—remain available within this design.
Reports for laboratory test packages
LabToWellness report templates support both general and specialised laboratory panels, allowing any number of tests to be included within a single report with layouts that automatically adapt to the selected package. Consumer-friendly explanations are available for more than 200 commonly used laboratory tests, with additional content continuously developed by the LabToWellness content team as new tests and services are introduced. For larger panels, smart summary pages highlight results outside the reference range and guide patients to the most relevant findings through direct in-report links. Results are presented using clear, colour-coded green–yellow–red visualisations with personalised reference ranges and units, enabling quick interpretation at a glance. Multiple report views are supported, including consumer-focused pages, professional result tables and compact single-page summaries, while all pages remain fully customisable, branded and multilingual, with additional templates developed as needed.
Follow-up reports with clear comparisons to previous results.
LabToWellness offers a dedicated set of report designs for follow-up testing, designed to keep end users engaged with the service provider while adding meaningful context to their health data. These reports can display the latest result alongside up to four previous results, making changes and trends easy to understand. Follow-up pages can be freely combined with other report page types or custom-designed templates, depending on service and client needs.
Report for vitamins and minerals laboratory testing
LabToWellness is developing a new modular report design in which each page focuses on a single test, combining results with practical, patient-friendly guidance. Reports can be used individually or combined into a customized set, depending on the service. Each page includes a results section with the test value, reference range, and visual graph, followed by a short written interpretation. The second half of the page is dedicated to personalized lifestyle, dietary, and fitness recommendations, supported by a colorful three-section recommendation wheel. The bottom of the page can include optional content such as educational notes, doctor’s comments, and algorithm-driven service or product recommendations. All sections are fully customizable. The LabToWellness team has prepared ready-to-use content for 24 vitamin and mineral reports, including key vitamins and minerals such as Vitamins A–K, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, and others.
